The MontCo Book Fest is a celebration of books! This event is inclusive of all ages and genres including genre fiction, comics, memoirs, and nonfiction.

If you are an author, small press, or publishing house please complete the Author’s Form. Only vendor applications submitted via this form will be considered.

The Book Fest will be on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 11am – 4pm at 4039 Skippack Pike. The rain date is Saturday, June 20.

Please note the following: 

• A very limited number of spaces are available.
• Food vendors are not being accepted. Only bookish vendors are being considered.
• Vendors will be curated to offer a broad visitor experience but no there is no exclusivity guaranteed for items sold.
• Please plan to supply your own table (6′), chair(s), pop-up tent (no larger than 10’x10′), and tent weights.
• There is no electrical service.
• It is recommended to have another adult with you to assist.
• Our mission is to encourage community and connection between authors and readers, supporting a diverse range of voices. We prioritize local voices, human creativity, and mastery of craft. Priority will be given to vendors who align with that vision.
• Priority will be given to applicants in Montgomery County, PA and the surrounding areas.
• All vendors agree to abide by the Terms of Participation.

 Important Dates:

• Friday, February 20, 2026: Applications will be accepted until 5pm on this date. Note: This application does not guarantee acceptance.
• Friday, March 20, 2026: Applicants will be notified by this date.
• Friday, April 3, 2026: Accepted applicants must pay by 5pm on this date. Any unpaid spaces will be forfeited and offered to another applicant without notice. There are no exceptions.
